103 Application and reclamation days
(1) The annual application day for FTA butter and for FTA cheddar cheese for export to the United States of America is: (a) for the quota year beginning on 1 January 2020—the day specified by the Secretary; and (b) for a later quota year—30 November in the calendar year immediately before the quota year. (2) The reclamation day for FTA butter and for FTA cheddar cheese for export to the United States of America for a quota year is 16 August in the quota year.
