102 Working out weight of cream and ice cream
For the purposes of working out the weight of US FTA dairy goods of the kind referred to in column 1 of item 5 of the table in subsection 98(1) (cream and ice cream): (a) a reference in this instrument to the weight of goods is to be read as a reference to the volume of goods; and (b) a reference to kilograms is to be read as a reference to litres.
