6AD Records of dates of packaging
If prescribed goods originate from different registered establishments and are repacked at another registered establishment, the occupier of that other registered establishment must keep, for at least 2 years, a record of: (a) the packing dates; and (b) the establishments at which the goods were originally packed.
Note: See clause 3 of Schedule 3 for record keeping requirements to be met by an occupier of a registered establishment.
