Subject to order 27, where an official mark has been applied for the purpose of order 21, 22, 23 or 24, it shall be a contravention of these Orders if a person other than: (a) an authorised officer; (b) a person directed by an authorised officer; or (c) in the case of a mark applied for the purposes of order 24—an approved analyst; interferes with the official mark.
