13 Means of applying official mark to surface of prescribed goods
Where an official mark referred to in order 9 or 10 is applied directly to the surface of prescribed goods, the mark shall be applied by means of: (a) a thermal process; (b) a food grade dye approved by the Secretary; or (c) any other method approved by the Secretary.
