11 Application of stamp to prescribed goods not prepared under supervision
Where prescribed goods do not comply with paragraphs 10(a) and (b), but have been: (c) passed for export by an authorised officer; and (d) packed in a carton or other covering; the outside of the carton or other covering shall be stamped by, or at the direction of, an authorised officer with an inspection stamp in accordance with the design specified in the Schedule 1.
