5‑23 Prescribed rabbit meat, ratite meat, rabbit meat products or ratite meat products in cartons or cans

(1) The trade description applied to prescribed rabbit meat, ratite meat, rabbit meat products or ratite meat products contained in a carton must be attached to one end panel of the carton.

Note: For carton, see section 1‑5.

(2) The information required by paragraph 5‑22(3)(k) relating to canned prescribed rabbit meat, ratite meat, rabbit meat products or ratite meat products must: (a) be embossed on the cans containing the meat or meat products; or (b) be indelibly applied directly to the cans.
