5‑17 Loading of prescribed rabbit meat, ratite meat, rabbit meat products or ratite meat products—supervision

Loading of prescribed rabbit meat, ratite meat, rabbit meat products or ratite meat products for export must be carried out under the supervision of: (a) an authorised officer; or (b) a person designated in an approved arrangement as a person who may supervise the loading, if: (i) the approved arrangement covers the last operations to prepare the meat or meat products at a registered establishment before export; and (ii) the supervision is in accordance with the arrangement.
