12‑7 Decision or disposition applied, but not complied with, before commencement time

(1) This section applies if: (a) a decision or a disposition had been applied in accordance with the Australian Rabbit Meat Standard or the Australian Ratite Meat Standard to an animal, a carcase or a carcase part, to which the old Export Control (Rabbit and Ratite Meat) Orders applied; and (b) the decision or disposition had not been complied with before the commencement time. Admission decisions (2) A decision about an animal that is intended to be slaughtered must be complied with after the commencement time as if the decision had been applied under subsection 9‑22(1) of this instrument. Ante‑mortem dispositions (3) A disposition that had been applied to an animal must be complied with after the commencement time as if the disposition had been applied under paragraph 9‑23(1)(b) of this instrument. Disposition applied to carcase or carcase part (4) A disposition that had been applied to a carcase or carcase part must be complied with after the commencement time as if the disposition had been applied under subsection 9‑24(5) or (6), 9‑25(1) or 9‑26(1) of this instrument (as the case requires). Disposition applied to rabbit meat, ratite meat, rabbit meat products or ratite meat products (5) A disposition that had been applied to prescribed rabbit meat, ratite meat, rabbit meat products or ratite meat products must be complied with after the commencement time as if the disposition had been applied under paragraph 9‑27(b) of this instrument.
