#### 9‑33 Circumstances in which identity card need not be carried For the purposes of subsection 306(5) of the Act, an identity card need not be carried in an establishment, or a part of an establishment, if: (a) it would be unsafe or unhygienic to do so; or (b) there would be a risk of the card, or of poultry meat or poultry meat products, being contaminated.
