#### 9‑12 Period of effect of approval An approval of an individual, under subsection 273(1) of the Act, to conduct audits: (a) takes effect on the date stated in the notice given to the individual under section 9‑11 of this instrument; and (b) remains in force for 12 months unless it is revoked earlier under section 9‑14 of this instrument.
