#### 8‑9 Tolerances for dimensions of official marks The dimensions specified in this Division for an official mark for the purposes of the Act, or a part of such a mark, are subject to the following tolerances: (a) for dimensions up to 10 mm—± 1 mm; (b) for dimensions over 10 mm—± 2 mm.
