#### 8‑29 Records of official marks received, applied, removed, defaced, destroyed or returned
The holder of an approved arrangement for operations to prepare prescribed poultry meat or poultry meat products for export at a registered establishment must make a written record of the following:
(a) consignments of official marks received at the establishment;
(b) official marks applied to poultry meat or poultry meat products at the establishment;
(c) official marks removed from poultry meat or poultry meat products, or defaced, at the establishment;
(d) official marks destroyed at the establishment;
(e) official marks returned from the establishment.
> Note: The holder of the approved arrangement must retain each record made under this section for at least 3 years (see subsection 11‑9(2)).
