#### 8‑1 Information to be included in notice of intention to export
For the purposes of paragraph 243(1)(c) of the Act, a notice of intention to export a consignment of, or including, prescribed poultry meat or poultry meat products must include a declaration stating that all of the information included in the notice of intention to export the consignment is true and correct.
> Note 1: The Secretary may approve a single form for a notice of intention to export a consignment of prescribed poultry meat or poultry meat products and an application for an export permit for the prescribed poultry meat or poultry meat products.
> Note 2: The Secretary may accept any information or document previously given to the Secretary in connection with an application made under the Act, or a notice of intention to export a consignment of prescribed poultry meat or poultry meat products given under the Act, as satisfying any requirement to give that information or document under subsection 243(1) of the Act (see subsection 243(2) of the Act).
