#### 7‑7 Notification that prescribed poultry meat or poultry meat products are not to be exported (1) For the purposes of section 237 of the Act, the holder of an export permit for prescribed poultry meat or poultry meat products must notify the Secretary, in writing, if it is no longer intended to export the poultry meat or poultry meat products because of a circumstance referred to in section 7‑3 of this instrument. (2) The notification must be given as soon as practicable, but not later than 10 business days, after the decision not to export the prescribed poultry meat or poultry meat products is made.
