#### 5‑5 Requirements of Australian Poultry Meat Standard must be met
An approved arrangement must ensure that the requirements of the Australian Poultry Meat Standard, as modified by a provision of this instrument, are met in relation to the following:
(a) export operations carried out in relation to prescribed poultry meat or poultry meat products in accordance with the arrangement;
(b) the prescribed poultry meat or poultry meat products in relation to which the export operations are carried out.
> Note 1: The requirements of the Australian Poultry Meat Standard relating to temperature controls must be complied with (see, for example, clauses 15.87 to 15.92 (spin chilling), 15.96 (chilling), 15.97 (freezing) and 15.110 to 15.113 (thawing) of the Australian Poultry Meat Standard).
