#### 5‑23 Other applications of official mark to prescribed poultry meat or poultry meat products
An official mark may be applied to prescribed poultry meat or poultry meat products (other than as required by section 5‑16 or 5‑22) only if the official mark is applied to the prescribed poultry meat or poultry meat products at a registered establishment in accordance with an approved arrangement.
> Note 1: For example, an official mark may be inserted into anything in which the poultry meat or poultry meat products are packaged (see paragraph 8‑19(1)(c)).
> Note 2: The official mark must be applied by a person referred to in subsection 8‑22(2) (see subsection 8‑22(1)).
