#### 5‑17 Poultry meat transport vehicles, measuring devices and other equipment (1) Prescribed poultry meat or poultry meat products must be transported to and from registered establishments using poultry meat transport vehicles and equipment that comply with the applicable conditions prescribed by this instrument. > Note 1: See, for example, sections 5‑12 to 5‑14. > Note 2: The applicable requirements of the Australian Poultry Meat Standard (see, for example, clauses 15.126 to 15.129) must also be complied with (see section 5‑5 of this instrument). (2) Poultry meat transport vehicles and other equipment used in transporting prescribed poultry meat or poultry meat products must be of a kind that ensures that the transport of the poultry meat or poultry meat products complies with the applicable conditions prescribed by this Part. > Note 1: See, for example, sections 5‑12 to 5‑15. > Note 2: The applicable requirements of the Australian Poultry Meat Standard (see, for example, clauses 15.126 to 15.129) must also be complied with (see section 5‑5 of this instrument). (3) Poultry meat transport vehicles and container system units used to transport prescribed poultry meat or poultry meat products must have accurate measuring devices to assess whether the applicable conditions prescribed by this Part are complied with during transport and loading of the poultry meat or poultry meat products.
