#### 5‑12 Loading prescribed poultry meat or poultry meat products for transfer between registered establishments
Prescribed poultry meat or poultry meat products for export must not be loaded into a poultry meat transport vehicle for transfer between registered establishments unless the vehicle:
(a) is not a source of contamination of the poultry meat or poultry meat products; and
(b) is clean; and
(c) is free of odours and materials that are capable of contaminating the poultry meat or poultry meat products or their packaging; and
(d) is equipped or provided with an appropriate and adequate means of refrigeration; and
(e) has an accurate measuring device to assess whether the requirements of this instrument are complied with during transport and loading; and
(f) is maintained in a good state of repair and working order having regard to its use; and
(g) is capable of being secured by a seal that is an official mark.
