#### 4‑25 Revised allocation (1) This section applies if: (a) the notice given to the occupier of an establishment under section 4‑23 included advice as referred to in subsection (2) of that section; and (b) the occupier implements some or all of the suggestions in the advice; and (c) the implementation of the suggestions means that the preliminary allocation of meat inspection services to the establishment needs to be revised. (2) The Secretary must, as soon as practicable: (a) determine a revised allocation of meat inspection services to the establishment; and (b) give the occupier a written notice stating the revised allocation.
