#### 4‑10 Requirements for registration continue to be met
The requirements for registration of an establishment prescribed by Part 1 of this Chapter must continue to be met in relation to the establishment after it is registered.
> Note: For requirements relating to establishments (including ensuring compliance with requirements of the Act and meeting certain requirements of the Australian Poultry Meat Standard), see sections 4‑2 to 4‑7\. For requirements relating to establishments where authorised officers perform functions, see section 4‑8.
