#### 12‑8 Revised determination of allocation agreed before commencement time
If the Secretary and the occupier of a registered establishment had completed a memorandum of agreed intent under clause 7 of Schedule 10 to the old Export Control (Poultry Meat) Orders, the memorandum of agreed intent continues to have effect after the commencement time as if it had been completed under subsection 4‑26(2) of this instrument.
