#### 12‑26 Request for further information not complied with before commencement time
(1) If the Secretary had requested an applicant for approval as an approved auditor to provide further specified information or documents under clause 3 of Schedule 9 to the old Export Control (Poultry Meat) Orders and the request had not been complied with before the commencement time, the request must be complied with after the commencement time as if it were a request made by the Secretary under subsection 9‑9(1) of this instrument.
(2) If the request did not specify the period within which the request must be complied with, it must be complied with as soon as practicable.
