#### 12‑19 Information and declarations given before commencement time (1) This section applies if information and declarations had been given under subclause 8.1 of Schedule 7 to the old Export Control (Poultry Meat) Orders to a consignee that is the occupier of a registered establishment in relation to poultry meat or poultry meat products that were at the registered establishment immediately before the commencement time. (2) At the commencement time: (a) the information and declarations are taken to be the information and declarations required to be given to the occupier of the registered establishment by section 5‑31 of this instrument in relation to the poultry meat or poultry meat products; and (b) the information and declarations are taken to have been given in accordance with paragraph 5‑31(2)(b) of this instrument.
