#### 12‑17 Disputed allocation not decided before commencement time
(1) This section applies in relation to an application under subclause 24.1 of Schedule 10 to the old Export Control (Poultry Meat) Orders for reconsideration of a variation of the allocation of inspection services if no decision on the application had been made before the commencement time.
(2) The application is taken after the commencement time to be an application made under subsection 4‑32(4) of this instrument for reconsideration of the varied allocation.
