#### 12‑13 Application for additional inspection services not decided before commencement time (1) This section applies in relation to an application for inspection services in addition to an allocation of inspection services that had been made under subclause 20.1 of Schedule 10 to the old Export Control (Poultry Meat) Orders if no decision on the application had been made before the commencement time. (2) The application is taken after the commencement time to be an application made under section 4‑30 of this instrument for additional meat inspection services. (3) The application is taken to be an application for additional meat inspection services to be allocated as follows: (a) if the applicant’s allocation of inspection services immediately before the commencement time had been on an annual basis—on a monthly or a weekly basis; (b) if the applicant’s allocation of inspection services immediately before the commencement time had been on a monthly basis—on a weekly basis; (c) if the applicant’s allocation of inspection services immediately before the commencement time had been on a weekly basis—on a weekly or daily basis; (d) if the applicant’s allocation of inspection services immediately before the commencement time had been on a daily basis—on a daily basis; (e) if the applicant’s allocation of inspection services immediately before the commencement time had been on an hourly basis—on an hourly basis. (4) Subsections 4‑30(2) to (7) of this instrument do not apply in relation to the application.
