12‑1 Definitions
In Parts 2 to 5 of this Chapter:
commencement time means the time when section 3 of the Export Control Act 2020 commences.
old Export Control (Poultry Meat) Orders means the Export Control (Poultry Meat and Poultry Meat Products) Orders 2010, as in force immediately before the commencement time.
