#### 11‑9 Records relating to official marks
Official marks manufactured or supplied
(1) The holder of an approved arrangement that covers the manufacture or supply of official marks for use at establishments that are registered for operations to prepare poultry meat or poultry meat products for export must retain each record made under section 8‑28 for at least 3 years after making it.
Official marks received, applied, removed, defaced, destroyed or returned
(2) The holder of an approved arrangement for operations to prepare prescribed poultry meat or poultry meat products for export at a registered establishment must retain each record made under section 8‑29 for at least 3 years after making it.
