9‑21 Directions to deal with non‑compliance with the Act etc.

For the purposes of item 8 of the table in subsection 305(1) of the Act: (a) each person (a relevant person) referred to in column 1 of an item in the following table is prescribed; and (b) each ground referred to in column 2 of that item is prescribed in relation to the relevant person prescribed by that item.
