4‑3 Other requirements

Application of this section (1) The requirements prescribed by this section apply in relation to all establishments. Importing country requirements must be able to be met (2) All importing country requirements relating to the export operations to be carried out at the establishment in relation to prescribed plants or plant products and the plants or plant products must be able to be met. System of controls must be in place (3) There must be a system of controls in place at the establishment in relation to the export operations and the plants or plant products for which the establishment is to be registered to ensure that the conditions prescribed by sections 4‑7A and 4‑7B and, if applicable, section 4‑8A will be complied with in relation to those operations and the plants or plant products.
