4‑1 Purpose of this Part
For the purposes of paragraphs 112(2)(c) and (f) of the Act, this Part prescribes requirements that must be met for the establishment to be registered for a kind of export operations in relation to a kind of prescribed plants or plant products.
Note: The requirements in this Part also apply in relation to an application to renew the registration of the establishment (see section 4‑15).
