12‑12 Bulk vessel approval suspended before commencement time
(1) This section applies if: (a) an authorised officer had suspended a vessel approval under subsection 39.1 of the old Export Control (Plants) Order; and (b) the suspension was in force immediately before the commencement time. (2) The vessel approval is taken after the commencement time to be suspended under subsection 9‑27(1) of this instrument.
