11‑6 Records to be retained by manager of accredited property
(1) The manager of a property that is accredited for a kind of export operations in relation to a kind of prescribed plants or plant products must retain each document: (a) that is made by the manager or that comes into the manager’s possession; and (b) that is relevant to showing whether the manager has complied, or is complying, with the applicable requirements of the Act (including whether the conditions of the accreditation of the property have been, and are being, complied with). (2) The manager of the accredited property must retain each record referred to in subsection (1) for at least 2 years starting on the day the record is made by the manager or comes into the manager’s possession (as the case may be).
