5‑4 Importing country requirements must be met
An approved arrangement must ensure that all importing country requirements relating to the following are met: (a) export operations carried out in relation to prescribed organic goods in relation to which an organic goods certificate is to be issued in accordance with the arrangement; (b) the prescribed organic goods in relation to which those export operations are carried out.
