5‑3 Requirements of National Organic Standard must be met
An approved arrangement must ensure that the requirements of the National Organic Standard are met in relation to the following: (a) export operations carried out in relation to prescribed organic goods in relation to which an organic goods certificate is to be issued in accordance with the arrangement; (b) the prescribed organic goods in relation to which those export operations are carried out.
