5‑15 Other events of which Secretary must be notified

For the purposes of paragraph 186(1)(e) of the Act, the following events are prescribed in relation to an approved arrangement for organic goods certification operations: (a) a person who was permitted to sign organic goods certificates in accordance with the approved arrangement ceases to do so; (b) if the holder of the approved arrangement is a partnership—the partnership has been or is to be dissolved; (c) if the holder of the approved arrangement is an unincorporated association—the association has been or is to be dissolved; (d) if the holder of the approved arrangement is a trust—the trust has been or is to be terminated; (e) there is any other change in the persons who manage or control the organic goods certification operations.
