2‑18 Circumstances for revoking organic goods certificate

For the purposes of paragraph 75(1)(h) of the Act, the following circumstances are prescribed in relation to an organic goods certificate for prescribed organic goods: (a) operations to produce or prepare the organic goods for export have not been carried out in accordance with the National Organic Standard; (b) compliance with the National Organic Standard in relation to the organic goods has not ensured, or is ineffective in ensuring, that all relevant importing country requirements relating to the organic goods and the operations to produce or prepare them for export are met.
