A person may apply a resemblance to milk or milk products, or to any thing containing milk or milk products, only if: (a) the person is designated in an approved arrangement as a person who may apply the resemblance to milk or milk products, or the thing containing milk or milk products; and (b) the application of the resemblance is in accordance with the approved arrangement.
