5‑32 Segregation, identification and traceability—general

To the extent necessary to ensure that one or more of the objects referred to in section 3 of the Act is met: (a) milk and milk products meeting a particular description: (i) must be identified and segregated during preparation and transport from other milk and milk products not meeting that description; and (ii) must not be confused with other milk or milk products not meeting that description; and (iii) must be prepared and transported under conditions of security; and (b) inventory controls and tracing systems must be maintained.
