Thermal process designed from simulated conditions
11.1 Before a thermal process designed from simulated manufacturing conditions is used for canning milk and milk products for export as food, the results of the process must first be verified in the actual production of canned milk and milk products (as the case may be) that takes place:
(a) using the thermal processing equipment; and
(b) under the commercial operating conditions;
to be used for canning milk and milk products for export as food.
