Requirements for plans and specifications

5.1 The plans and specifications for an alteration or addition must contain such information specified in clauses 2 and 3 of this Schedule as is relevant to the alteration or addition.

Part 2 Approval to prepare milk and milk products in an unregistered establishment

Note The intention of this Part is to facilitate the export of small volumes of milk and milk products from unregistered establishments for the purpose of testing the markets for new products while ensuring that fitness for human consumption is maintained. See further order 30.
