Proposals for alterations or additions
4.1 For the purposes of section 4.20 of the Export Control (Prescribed Goods — General) Orders 2005 plans and specifications relevant to an alteration or addition to an establishment and equipment for use in operations to prepare milk and milk products at the establishment must:
(a) accompany the proposal for the alteration or addition; or
(b) be made available to the Secretary on request.
4.2 The plans and specifications must be sufficiently detailed to show whether the establishment and equipment would if altered or extended in accordance with the plans and specifications, be suitable for the preparation (in accordance with the requirements of these Orders) of milk and milk products to be undertaken at the establishment.
