Notifiable diseases
9.1 If:
(a) milk and milk products are at an establishment engaged in the preparation of milk and milk products for export as food; and
(b) the occupier is aware that the milk and milk products are derived from a cow that is affected by or is suspected of being affected by a notifiable disease;
the occupier must notify an authorized officer without delay.
