Conditions
21.1 A person who has a condition and who handles milk and milk products must take all practical measures to prevent the condition resulting in contamination of milk and milk products.
Note For the meaning of condition see order 7.
21.2 Coverings used for conditions must:
(a) be effective in preventing contamination of milk and milk products; and
(b) be waterproof, firmly secured and conspicuous in colour.
