Commercial sterility
10.1 Unless the approved arrangement specifies otherwise the canning of milk and milk products for export as food must result in milk and milk products that are commercially sterile.
10.2 An establishment must validate in its approved arrangement that its process controls for canning low acid canned milk and milk products achieve the objective specified in subclause 10.1.
