#### 9‑9 Dealing with applications (1) For the purpose of making a decision in relation to an application under section 9‑7, the Secretary may request the applicant to give the Secretary further specified information or documents relevant to the application. (2) A request under subsection (1): (a) must be in writing; and (b) must specify the period within which the request must be complied with; and (c) may specify the manner in which the request is to be complied with.
