#### 9‑11 Notice of decision If the Secretary approves an applicant, under subsection 273(1) of the Act, to conduct audits, the Secretary must give the applicant a written notice stating the following: (a) that the applicant is approved to conduct audits; (b) the scope of the audits covered by the approval; (c) the date the approval takes effect; (d) that the approval remains in force for 12 months unless it is revoked earlier under section 9‑14 of this instrument; (e) any conditions of the approval imposed under section 9‑10 of this instrument.
