6‑8 Application of this Part
This Part applies in relation to the following applications: (a) an application under section 190 of the Act for a meat export licence; (b) an application under section 195 of the Act to renew a meat export licence; (c) an application under section 199 of the Act to vary: (i) a meat export licence; or (ii) the conditions of a meat export licence.
