#### 6‑7 Kinds of persons who are required to be fit and proper persons For the purposes of subsection 373(1) of the Act, the following kinds of persons are required, for the purposes of Chapter 6 of the Act (export licences), to be fit and proper persons (having regard to the matters referred to in section 372 of the Act): (a) an applicant for a meat export licence; (b) the holder of a meat export licence.
