#### 5‑39 Information and declarations not received or inaccurate or incomplete (1) This section applies if: (a) a consignment of prescribed meat or meat products is transferred to a registered establishment (the receiving establishment); and (b) the information and declarations required to be given to the occupier of the receiving establishment by section 5‑38: (i) are not given to the occupier in accordance with paragraph 5‑38(2)(b); or (ii) are inaccurate or incomplete. (2) The meat or meat products must: (a) be held at the receiving establishment under conditions of security, and not dealt with further for export as food without the written approval of an authorised officer; or (b) be identified as not for export as food, and segregated from prescribed meat and meat products.
